PSI Insurance Agency started in 1992 as a cooperative effort with one large Southfield insurance company but later expanded its affiliations to include many carriers while operating as an independent agency. PSI created Well Street Care Management™ in 2007 to invest in the future of pharmacy and assist with implementation of medication therapy management (MTM) throughout the state. Well Street conducted several pilot projects to help establish MTM standards, and developed initial training programs. Since Well Street’s inception, MTM services have become more common within the profession.
